The Island Smokery is now well established in our new factory.  We started back in 2004 and  have continued on a steady increase in trade which has got us to where we are now. From me in the back of my shop,  to now six of us in our new factory.

Looking to increase our  supply of our smoked and flavoured cheeses, as well as our butter and Aioli to the U.K. market. My team have a passion for great tasting food, quality and flavours.   • A product we found on holiday, but could not find when we came home, so we made our own version with Smoked Garlic. use as a dip or on salads or add to a burger. yum.  
  • Again a product that is in most chefs reach is Garlic. Smoked Garlic just takes the flavour to a new place. We supply this in bulk and loose, as well as the retail pack in the picture.
